PROJECT PLAN

 

  • The project will provide students of participating countries with an opportunity to exchange information. With the "Writing a Story with Postcards" Project, students from different schools and countries will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and share the results of the project. Thus, literary communication between countries will be ensured and students' imaginations will develop. It is aimed that students can express themselves, create plots with their imaginations about the city they encounter, and develop their creativity skills. Thus, while researching different countries, they have information about those countries. They will be able to make their stories more effective using IT tools.

OBJECTIVES, PLAN AND CALENDAR OF THE PROJECT
Project purpose

  • The subject and purpose of the project is to write the postcard story of any city in a country chosen by individuals from all walks of life, with different cultures and characteristics. The resulting stories will be placed in the joint submission. With the project work, students will have the opportunity to create cultural awareness, show cultural diversity, research and get to know different countries.

Project Goal

  • Students can write a story with a postcard from any city of a country they choose, as well as the original and creative aspects of individuals, their perspectives on works; critical skills, patience and common understanding, understanding of aesthetic pleasure, cooperation, friendship and awareness of individual differences are aimed.
  • In the joint products to be made within the scope of the project, students will contribute to their personal development by using web 2.0 tools. It is aimed that students develop interdisciplinary development and practice skills with informatics tools. It is expected that a joint presentation will emerge as a result of the project.
  • Students from different countries will have the opportunity to meet their peers and make friends. They will prepare presentations on various topics using various electronic programs,
  • They will improve their English knowledge, learn a few phrases in the languages of the Project participants. Share information about your school with other schools. Information exchange. Introduce your school to other project participants
  • Participants will be able to showcase their creative talents, develop collaborative teamwork skills, create a presentation about the school and possibly hold an online meeting.

Project Duration:January 2023-May 2023
Project work will start in January 2023 and will end in May 2023.
Transactions to be made in January 2023;

  1. Statement of project goals and objectives,
  2. Obtaining signed parental consent forms,
  3. Introducing the project content to students and parents,
  4. Making promotional news of the project on official and social platforms,
  5. Actively involving students in the project work process, giving students a password,
  6. Establishing the communication group of the project partners and exchanging ideas about the process,
  7. To ensure the participation of students, to determine the activities to be done,
  8. Preparation of teacher and student pre-evaluation questionnaires,
  9. Giving information about other schools,
  10. Project Dissemination studies.

Transactions to be made in February 2023;

  • Preparation and voting of the Project Poster and Project Logo.
  • An online meeting between teachers will be held.
